Meet our team

Emily Walker C.N.A.
Client Care Coordinator
I live on a beautiful farm in Hillsborough with my family, including husband, three wonderful and energetic boys, Dulce the dog, cats, and chickens. I have a passion for taking care of people, especially our seniors. Throughout high school I helped care for my grandpa who battled with dementia. It was truly a rewarding experience and taught me that life is short and should never be taken for granted. As Client Care Coordinator, at Armstrong Homecare, I work diligently to match our talented caregivers with the specific needs of our clients. I oversee the office and the ever-changing needs of clients and staff. Coordination and communication is key to the smooth operation of our agency.

Tiffany England R.N.
Service Supervisor
I have lived in North Carolina, specifically Alamance County, my entire life. In May of 2009, I graduated from nursing school with my Associate Degree in Nursing. In October 2009, I married my high school sweetheart. We have been together for more than half our lives. In 2013, we welcomed our son. Nate into the world.
After a few year as a nurse, I decided that it was time to further my education. In 2019, I graduated with my Masters of Science in Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Education.
My role now is to make sure our staff are well prepared to provide the highest possible care for our Armstrong Homecare clients.

Miss Lilly Lovebug
Mischief Manager
I am a 6 year old Blue Doberman who loves to ride in the car and go where mama goes. I spend my time greeting guests at the office, lounging in my favorite chair, chasing deer and squirrels, and searching for my arch nemesis, the elusive chipmunk. I will be your best friend if you share a banana or some blueberries with me.

Eleanor Armstrong M.B.A., C.N.A.
Owner / Agency Director
I graduated from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) in 1988, worked sales and marketing positions in publishing and manufacturing industries, managing sales territories from Chicago, IL and then from Raleigh, NC. In 2007, I earned a master’s degree from NC State, Jenkins School of Business and shortly thereafter shifted my focus to the home care business. This career shift was inspired on a very personal level. I had the honor and great pleasure to help with my father's care and later manage my grandfather's care. I did this long distance, while juggling my full-time corporate job. My team and I fully understand the balancing act our families go through to make sure loved ones are safe, secure, and aging with dignity.
